Did you know that chia seeds make the most awesome jam like thing when you mix it with raspberries? It’s perfect!

After a full day of practicing, piano lessons and biking between music schools and back home this was exactly what I was craving. A huge bowl exploding with colours, flavours and textures, sweet and satisfying.
These were my last bananas so I really need to go shopping tomorrow.
You know, this girl can’t be without her bananas. Eerr, banana ice cream actually, I don’t really like them that much when eaten plain. I don’t know why, but blended frozen bananas are some magic.
And I’m so thankful for it.

RAW VEGAN RASPBERRY JAM APPLE ICE CREAM PARFAIT
1 cup frozen raspberries, thawed
1 tsp chia seeds
5 frozen bananas
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1-2 tsp carob powder
Start with thawing your raspberries and mixing them with some chia seeds to make the raspberry jam.
Then grate the apple using the grate blade on your food processor and set it aside.
Cut the frozen bananas in smaller pieces and mix half of them in the food processor with some carob powder and put in your bowl. Then mix the other half with some frozen raspberries.
Now layer some grated apple and raspberry jam on your carob ice cream, add some raspberry ice cream and then your remaining apple and jam, and you’re done! Couldn’t be easier.
