Swirly Chocolate Almond Ice Cream

This must be my favourite ice cream recipe now.

Almonds and ice cream?

Yup, gimme. Almond butter and ice cream?

Don’t even bother putting it in a bowl, I’ll eat it straight from the blender! Especially if you put chocolate in there too! And as we all know, raspberries+chocolate=lovers, so they pretty much make this recipe the ultimate ice cream lover’s paradise. So if you love ice cream, go make this now. Cause it’s healthy and it’s the best. I ate this for breakfast. I know, my life is perfect. Just kidding, but still, it pretty much made my day. This recipe will make a huge portion, feel free to adjust the amounts to your preference, er share with someone you love very much (or just eat it all by yourself like I did, also a very good idea)

3 frozen bananas
2 bananas
1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder or extract
Handful of frozen raspberries
1 tsp cacao nibs
1-2 tbsp raw cacao or raw carob powder
1-2 tsp raw almond butter

Put all the bananas and vanilla extract in your blender until it gets reeeally smooth and creamy like fluffy liquid made of marshmallows. Pour into a bowl, and top with raspberries and cacao nibs.  Now sprinkle with cacao and almond butter and swirl it in. Yuuum. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
