Spelt Pizza with Peanut Sauce, Bananas & Dates!

If you like peanut butter, bananas and dates than you just have to try this recipe! It was a killer! Healthy, vegan and so easy to make. The peanut sauce was so good with this topping combo, it was super surprising and I am exited to make it again soon. IMG_0953 IMG_0947

For the crust you will need:

150 grams of spelt flour
1/2 tbsp of baking powder
1/2 tbsp of ground oregano
pinch of salt (optional)
1 tbsp of agave syrup or maple syrup (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil (if not using syrup than you can skip this)
70-80 ml of warm water

Simply blend all the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Add the other ingredients to the mixture and blend until you get a good pizza/bread dough. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread pizza crust out onto baking sheet or pizza pan using some spelt flour to help you if needed. Bake the crust for about 5-7 minutes before topping the pizza. IMG_0903

1 ripe banana
6 dates
as many cashews as you want

Cut and prepare toppings and put on the pizza crust after you spread the sauce. Bake the pizza for 10 more minutes and enjoy! Remember to make some sweet potato fries if you want a side with your pizza.
