Many people are asking us to post more of recipes that we post on our instagram account. I figured that it didn’t have to take a lot of time to post small blog posts once in a while, since our recipes are most often very simple and have very few ingredients. Plus, I always take tons of pictures, and what’s the point if no one gets to see them?
This was today’s breakfast:
Banana-raspberry pudding with tons of toppings.
I also got a question today from a friend who is interested in veganism about what you can eat for breakfast that doesn’t have oats, chia or milk in it. Of course I have million breakfast ideas, but here is one.
Berry Good Breakfast Pudding
1 cup raspberries, frozen
1/3 cup blueberries, fresh or thawed
1/3 cup raspberries, fresh or thawed
1 tsp each of chopped date pieces, cacao nibs and buckwheat groats
1 banana (if you like)
Blend the bananas and cup of raspberries until smooth and thick like a pudding. You can also use some frozen bananas to make it even thicker. Pour in a beautiful big bowl and top with all the other ingredients! Couldn’t be simpler, healthier or quicker for a breakfast that will last you till lunch!
Have a good Monday everyone!
