Raw Vegan Ice Cream

I know we already raved about the famous Banana Ice Cream.

But honestly, who can talk enough about these beauties?

And the texture! MMM! I feel like I’m eating 1500 artificial ingredients, but no! This is just one fruit: Banana.

Oh banana. How much I love you.

If you haven’t tried putting frozen bananas in a food processor you must do it now. Otherwise you are really missing out here. I wish I had been eating this my whole life. Because it isn’t the same after I started eating ice cream for breakfast, and lunch, and dinner, and dessert. It makes so much sense.

Last night we had Banana Ice Cream night. We made two delicious flavours:
Banana-Mango-Blueberry and Banana-Cinnamon (our fave!)

So, you just have to do one thing now: Put some ripe, spotty, peeled bananas in the freezer and you’ll always be able to whip up ice cream in no time! Healthy ice cream! IMG_0934

You will be mind blown if you haven’t made banana ice cream before. And I don’t have to say anything more.

They just speak for themselves.
