Yummy yummy yummy i’ve got love in my tummy! It´s Sunday! The perfect day to go out for ice cream with your loved ones…but why not give them a nice treat and make some “Swirly Blue- and Blackberry Sunday Pudding!”. This recipe is really easy and fun! Enjoy yourself in the kitchen making some love for your tummy!
For this recipe you will need:
5-6 frozen ripe bananas
250 g of frozen or fresh blue- and blackberries
Some water if needed
a pinch of vanilla powder (optional)
Dried mulberries for garnish
Simply cut your bananas into small pieces and process in your food processor or blend in your high speed blender with some vanilla powder if using until smooth and creamy adding water if needed.
Pour your banana ice cream into a large mixing bowl. Process your berries in your food processor or blend in your high speed blender until smooth. Add the berry mixture to your mixing bowl and start “swirling” with a spatula.
Garnish with dried mulberries if using.
