This is what we call dinner, a huge bowl of greens, vegetables and sweet fruit! We LOVE it! This recipe yields 1 big serving or 4-6 side salads if you prefer that. Enjoy the recipe and have a great Fruity and Green day!
Place the following ingredients into a large mixing bowl:
150-200 g of iceberg or romaine salad
1 large cucumber, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
1/2 large zucchini, spiralized or grated
1 cup mango, cubed
2 cups grapes, green or red
If you want to make a dressing like we did simply blend the following ingredients in your blender until smooth:
1 cup of mango, if you use frozen make sure to thaw in head of time
1/2 – 1 bunch of coriander
Spread your dressing over the salad right before serving and enjoy!
