This mango and banana pie is amazing! We made it last night and it was she best pie we have ever tasted! Hope you enjoy this Rawsome and fun pie.
For the pie crust you will need:
15 medjool dates
You can also add some raisins or apricots if you desire
Simply blend the figs and dates in your food processor until you have a sticky texture. Wet your fingers (so your fingers won´t be sticky) and shape 2-4 pie crusts on a plate. Freeze while you make your filling.
For the filling you will need:
2 frozen bananas (ripe)
2 cups of frozen mango (ripe)
No need to rinse your food processor after making your crust. Blend your mango and bananas in your food processor until creamy. Fill your pie crust, garnish with fresh berries and dig in! Bon appetit!
