Vegan Nori Wraps

ImageI love these nori wraps, they are the best I have ever made in my life! Hope you will enjoy this recipe and share them with your friends.

4 nori sheets, raw
1 cup rice, boiled
1 bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1/2 leek, cut lengthwise
1/2 avocado, cut lengthwise
2-4 carrots, grated
Some tamari, optional

Place the rice in the middle of your nori sheet lengthwise and then place your veggies on top of the rice. Know fold your wrap together, it’s good to use some water to stick the nori sheet together. Repeat until you have 4 beautiful nori wraps!
