Mango Salsa from Mexico

Don´t you just love Mango! Well I do, I can just eat mangoes for a whole meal and feel so good and satisfied. Mangoes are packed with numerous vitamins that are vital for our body. It´s great to make mango salsa for your chips, tacos, salad or any Mexican dish that you are having. This recipe is quick, fun and easy to make, you will need:

1-2 ripe mangoes, cubed

3-4 ripe tomatoes, cubed

1/2-1 cucumber, cubed

A handful of coriander, chopped

1-2 bell peppers of any color, cubed

1 lime, you will only use the juice

Prepare all the ingredients and mix in a large bowl and serve!
