Blueberry Spinach Smoothie

Spinach has a high nutritional value and is extremely rich in antioxidants, especially when fresh, steamed, or quickly boiled. Spinach is pretty much a very healthy nutritious energy Bomb. Have you had your spinach today? Here is a super yummy and easy recipe that makes drinking spinach exiting and delicious every day!

For this recipe you will need the following:

Handful of spinach
1 pear
1/2 cup blueberries
1-2 dates
a cup of water

Simply blend everything in blender until smooth and drink up!

NOTE: You can substitute the spinach with another leafy green such as kale.
